Built because the default plan kept failing the same way

Women are handed fasting and training protocols developed on men, then told they lack discipline when those protocols stop working three weeks in. FastFemale starts from the cycle instead.

What we are building

FastFemale is two things that only work together: a live cohort programme, and an app that keeps the plan honest between sessions.

The cohort is where the learning happens: eight weeks, a small group, a curriculum drawn from published practitioners with the sources cited. The app is the daily surface: which phase you are in, what your fasting target is today, how hard to train, and a log that turns eight weeks of guessing into something you can actually look back at.

We are deliberately small and deliberately slow to make claims. Where the evidence is thin, we say so.

The team: two people, clearly divided

Jessica

Founder. Leads the content, the cohort programme and the expert partnerships. She curates the curriculum and facilitates each cohort.

Nathanael

Technical co-founder. Leads product, engineering and the data side: the app, the logging, and the privacy rules that govern what is collected.

Experts, and what we will not pretend

Cohorts include guest sessions from practitioners, the kind of specialist worth an hour of direct questions. Named advisors will appear here as those relationships are confirmed, and not before.

FastFemale is education, not medical advice. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or replaces care from your own clinician. Cycle-synced fasting is an area where good research exists alongside a great deal of confident guessing, and we would rather be useful than certain.

Cohort 1 starts in October
